Where do you get your inspiration?
Most of the things that I show in art and animations I've experienced myself. Obviously not all of these experiences were wonderful, but I got through them and want to show that people can overcome hardships. In other pieces, such as the My Brother animation, Martyn's powerful lyrics helped generate ideas and with some research into homelessness I managed to pull off the completed work. To be honest though, in some pieces I have absolutely no idea where some of my ideas come from. I'm just weird that way I guess.

What is your favourite space on a Monopoly board?
That's ... an interesting question. I'm going to presume that you're on about normal monopoly in which case (like in real life) I'm a huge fan of free parking!

Are you really a member of the World Rock Paper Scissors Society?
Yes, sure am. In 2005 I manages to get a place on the Official UK RPS Team (thanks to Channel 4s Richard & Judy) and we went to Canada for the World Championships. Though I wasn't very successful (knocked out in round 2), I loved every moment of it and learned that the game is more than just a game of luck. You can see their website here. I've also set up a club at Leeds University, LURPS.

Is it true you lived in a porta-loo once?
Haha! Yeah that's true. Those of you who have rubbish cars will sympathise with me on this one. In December 2004 I entered a radio competition to try and win a car. To do this I had to live in one of five porta-loos (there were 5 contestants in total) for up to a week and with a Big Brother style eviction the last one won the car. I came 2nd.
